Payments

Orders can be paid by Visa and Mastercard, through the Liqpay payment system. Our website also supports Paypal.

All orders must be paid before shipment, we do not accept cash on delivery.

Shipping

If you have purchased an item in our store and for some reasons want to return or exchange it, it is possible if you have a receipt (if you paid by card, you must have two of them + you must have the credit card you used to pay for the purchase or your phone if you paid by phone), the item must be in good condition, all labels/bags must be saved, and no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

Returns or exchanges can be made at our physical store at 9 Reitarska Street or by sending us the goods via Nova Poshta:

Returns for exchange or refund are paid by the buyer, with the exception of returns of defective goods. If the shipment was sent at our expense, you will be refunded the amount including the shipping costs.

As soon as we receive the goods, we will contact you and issue a refund. Usually, refunds take 3 to 10 business days.
